At RIS, our actions are clearly defined:

• We will only promote compliant products, equipment and services to meet the ever increasing demands of the marketplace.
• We endeavor to act as a credible solutions provider to industry and not merely as a distributor of products.
• We maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the latest in height safety technology and products available.
• An ongoing commitment to staff training ensure that our role of solutions provider is maintained.
• When appropriate, our national branch network is utilised to consistently and dependably service the needs of our national client base.  We call this our National Concept and find this is the approach preferred by organisations with multiple sites wishing to maintain a common product and safety strategy.
